A Michigan native, Paul Pertile fell in love with Martha’s Vineyard in the early 1980s and has called it home ever since. He and his wife raised their three children on the island, embracing its strong sense of community.

With over 20 years in real estate, Paul specializes in property and project management, particularly in Edgartown. His deep local knowledge and commitment to excellence make him a trusted resource for buyers, sellers, and investors.

Beyond real estate, Paul is dedicated to giving back. He serves on the Edgartown Financial Committee, chairs the Edgartown CPA, and is a member of the Fire Station and Preservation Trust Building Committees. He’s also a board member of Vineyard Family Tennis and a founding board member of the YMCA. His company, Match Point, proudly sponsors annual golf and tennis tournaments, supporting local athletics
